SOLUTION TRAIN ENGINEER / AGILE COACH
Program Managed a 77 million dollar system upgrade project employing SAFe. This project required 20 to 30 different development teams to work in two week sprints across 3 separate timezones and countries. I initially served as Scrum master for the Systems Integration ART (Agile Release Train) but was later moved to the position of RTE serving as the program manager providing Servant Leadership for 3 Release Trains. The ARTs worked for 5 iterations inside the Program Increment. In the role of RTE, I removed impediments, pursued constant levels of improvement, and mitigated risks for the Release Train.

Organized the Scrum masters into teams of Agile Transformation Change Agents addressing Agility Health, Metrics, Planning, and Training. Provided executive-level consulting, program-level engagement, and team-level training, coaching, and mentoring.
RTE responsible for the servant leadership of 3 ARTs (Mobile development, Integration, and Call Center) consisting of 12 (8 to 9 member) cross-functional teams that supported in-house, Salesforce, and AWS applications. Facilitated the Value -Stream mapping associated with the creation of the 3 Agile Release Trains. Outlined the PMO process that helped streamline IT management and Program Management processes with a program funnel that unified the customer request backlog and allowed the development of a sprint cadence.
